It was a sweet, slightly bitter, experience this week to have my last room inspection of my mission. We spent a large part of the night before cleaning our room, which now sparkles! We also went around with Hermana Erickson to check all the other rooms of the missionaries in our zone. It impressed me how well some of the missionaries cleaned up their rooms.
The new family that we found are parents of a member in our ward. They are Beli y Jesus and listened for a solid two hours to us, they had a lot of questions, and even made us some awesome sandwiches after the lesson! I blame the Peruvian people and thier loving nature for the ten-fifteen pounds that I have probably gained while here.
We also managed to put a baptismal date with an eternal investigator in our area- Renzo! He is very analytical and always has some tough questions, but finally accepted to get baptized on the 7 of May when he understood that truthfulness of the Book of Mormon requieres that this church has the authority of God to baptize. We are so excited for him!
Apart from that, the work continues to roll forth. This Wednesday we are going to the center of Lima and I promise I will try to send some pictures! Know that I love you all so much.
